Siberian Baerii with its fine-grain ranging in colour from dark grey to dark brown, wonderfully subtle caviar with an intense yet elegant flavour. This Italian Caviar is sure to surprise the palate of even the most discerning connoisseurs with a traditional dark colour and intense flavour.
This Caviar is from the Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii) and is “Malossol” lightly salted at 3.5%. The lineage of the this fish would have come from Siberia but is now the most common aquaculture Sturgeon worldwide, as this fish feed well in captivity and mature at 5-6 years of age. With Caviar roe size between 2.8mm to 2.9mm in diameter.
The Sturgeon are fed from an Organic feed, free from Genetically modified ingredients or Growth promoters.
